Practice Shading a Triceratops Prorsus

Description of Illustration: a gigantic horned dinosaur

Description of The Digital Coloring Page: I have made a "digital tracing" based upon this vintage, shaded drawing of a triceratops (right). Teachers or parents may choose to show their students/children the original artist's rendering (above) and talk about how to make smooth transitions from one value to the next by applying subtle pressure to their pencil in order to create a three dimensional owl drawing of their own.
