It's o.k. if your quill pens look different from these. Every feather is unique
to the little
artist drawing it. The reason for the exercise here is to inspire students to practice swirls and curls similar to cursive writing and enjoy
themselves in the process of it. The teacher or parent should print out
the above sample for their student to look at and include in a penmanship practice book. Fun exercises such as these provide young students with a variety of lessons when learning to write in cursive.
